The event targets at extracting out the designing, researching and presentation skills all at once keeping in mind humanitarian activities with technology innovations.
This competition is open to all IEEE Student Branches, IEEE IAS Student Branch Chapters, IEEE PES Student Branch Chapters, IEEE PELS Student Branch Chapters & IEEE SIGHT Groups across the globe.
One OU can submit only one proposal.
Maximum of 2 proposals can be submitted by a university.
Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 5 members can together submit the proposal.
It is mandatory that all the group members must be having an active IEEE Student/Graduate Student Membership and at least one of the group member must have an active IEEE IAS/PES/PELS Membership.
The proposal should contain the following points
Overview of the project
Organizing SB/SBC/SIGHT Group Details
Road map & future direction of project
Importance of the project
Technical solution & it's relevance
The proposals should not be related to COVID-19
The team members of the few selected projects would present the same in the global conference through live session.
Each team would be provided with maximum 10 minutes.
Teams would be evaluated based on the authenticity of the design, fluency of presentation and interaction as well as awareness of each team member on the topic by the judging panel which would be the final decision!
The funding will be reimbursed after completing the project, and it will be only transfered to an IEEE OU Bank Account.
The IEEE SB CEK and IPRECON 2021 branding should be ensured in the project location
